Body Rock - Real Time Challenge Day #1
Today I did the BodyRock 30 Day Real Time Challenge Day #1.
My heart rate monitor registers 495 calories burnt while doing this workout and it runs for 43 minutes.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, hammer curl bar, barbell, ugi ball, equalizers, sand bag and a yoga mat.
