Cathe Friedrich - High Reps

Today I did Cathe Friedrich High Reps.

My heart rate monitor registers 400 calories burnt while doing this workout and it runs for 63 minutes.

Equipment needed for this workout is a barbell and weights, a set of hand weights, resistance band and gliders.
