Here I will list which workout I have done for the day, along with details on the workout length, the calories burnt and the equipment needed to get the workout done. I will also post a link to where you can view information and reviews on the DVD.

Dream Body - Fusion Mix

Today I did Dream Body Workout Series Fusion Mix.

My heart rate monitor registers 330 calories burnt while doing this workout and it runs for 60 minutes.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a stability ball.
