Denise Austin - Yoga Body Burn
Today I did Denise Austin's Yoga Body Burn.
My heart rate monitor registers 137 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 50 minutes and my heart rate averages at 106 with a peak at 144.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
