Jari Love - Get Ripped to the Core
Today I did Jari Love's Get Ripped to the Core.
My heart rate monitor registers 443 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 65 minutes and my heart rate averages at 141 with a peak at 196.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a step.
