The Biggest Loser - Power Ab Blast
Today I did The The Biggest Loser Power Ab Blast.
My heart rate monitor registers 217 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 45 minutes and my heart rate averages at 127 with a peak at 179.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
