The Firm - 500 Calorie Workout


Today I did The Firm 500 Calorie Workout

My heart rate monitor registers 432 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 64 minutes and my heart rate averages at 140 with a peak at 176.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
