Mel B - Totally Fit


Today I did Mel B's Totally Fit.



The components of this DVD that I did today were:

*Warm up
*Cardio
*Advanced Cardio
*Secret Ab Workout
*Chest & Back

My heart rate monitor registers 273 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 61 minutes and my heart rate averages at 122 with a peak at 166.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
