Today I did Hip Hop Abs - Ab Sculpt, Hips, Buns, Thighs & Last Minute Abs.
My heart rate monitor registers 280 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 55 minutes and my heart rate averages at 124 with a peak at 173.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
