Hip Hop Abs - Total Body Burn & Fat Burning Cardio
Today I did Hip Hop Abs Total Body Burn & Fat Burning Cardio.
My heart rate monitor registers 454 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 72 minutes and my heart rate averages at 136 with a peak at 173.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
