Turbo Jam - Cardio Party Mix 3
Today I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party Mix 3.
My heart rate monitor registers 300 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 50 minutes and my heart rate averages at 133 with a peak at 160.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
