Michelle Dozois - Peakfit Challenge - Pure Strength 1
Today I did Michelle Dozois Peakfit Challenge Pure Strength 1.
My heart rate monitor registers 318 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 50 minutes and my heart rate averages at 138 with a peak at 176.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and resistance bands.
