Jari Love - Get Extremely Ripped 1000 Hardcore
Today I did Jari Love's Get Extremely Ripped 1000 Hardcore.
My heart rate monitor registers 514 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 75 minutes and my heart rate averages at 143 with a peak at 183.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a step.
