The Biggest Loser - Power X-Train
Today I did The Biggest Loser's Power X-Train
My heart rate monitor registers 481 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 58 minutes and my heart rate averages at 156 with a peak at 194.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
