Jari Love - Ripped to the Core


Today I did Jari Love's Get Ripped to the Core.
 

My heart rate monitor registers 257 calories burnt while doing this workout. 

It runs for 60 minutes and my heart rate averages at 117 with a peak at 179.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a step.
