Leslie Sansone - 5 Day Ultimate Walk Plan


Today I did Leslie Sansone's 5 Day Ultimate Walk Plan (5 Mile Walk).

My heart rate monitor registers 412 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 70 minutes and my heart rate averages at 134 with a peak at 170.

No equipment is needed for this workout.
