The Firm - Time Crunch Cardio


Today I did The Firm's Time Crunch Cardio.
 
My heart rate monitor registers 500 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 60 minutes and my heart rate averages at 150 with a peak at 178.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
