Jari Love - Get Ripped & Chiseled


Today I did Jari Love's Get Ripped & Chiseled.
 
My heart rate monitor registers 230 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 65 minutes and my heart rate averages at 107 with a peak at 148.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, a barbell and a step.
