Amy Bento - Hi/Lo Dynamics
Today I did Amy Bento's Hi/Lo Dynamics.
My heart rate monitor registers 497 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 55 minutes and my heart rate averages at 159 with a peak at 181.
