Jillian Michaels Body Revolution - Cardio 2 & 3
Today I did Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Cardio 2 & 3.
My heart rate monitor registers 511 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 60 minutes and my heart rate averages at 151 with a peak at 181.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
