Michelle Dozois - Peakfit Challenge - Cardio Interval Burn
Today I did Michelle Dozois Peakfit Challenge Cardio Interval Burn.
My heart rate monitor registers 581 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 65 minutes and my heart rate averages at 157 with a peak at 185.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
