Dream Body Workout Series - Tabata & Toning


Today I did Tabata & Toning from the Dream Body Workout Series.

My heart rate monitor registers 294 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 45 minutes and my heart rate averages at 143 with a peak at 178.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, a resistance band and a set of gliders (or paper plates).
