Les Mills Combat - Extreme Cardio Fighter
Today I did Les Mills Combat - Extreme Cardio Fighter.
My heart rate monitor registers 466 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 56 minutes and my heart rate averages at 152 with a peak at 176.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
