Jari Love - Revved to the Max


Today I did Jari Love's Revved to the Max.

My heart rate monitor registers 450 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 70 minutes and my heart rate averages at 137 with a peak at 175.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a step.
