Bob Harper - Body Rev Cardio Conditioning

Today I did Bob Harper's Body Rev Cardio Conditioning.

My heart rate monitor registers 444 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 63 minutes and my heart rate averages at 142 with a peak at 178.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
