Les Mills Pump - Pump & Shred


Today I did Les Mills Pump - Pump & Shred.

My heart rate monitor registers 232 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 47 minutes and my heart rate averages at 125 with a peak at 163.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a step.
