Jari Love - Get Extremely Ripped (14/11/12)



Today I did Jari Love's Get Extremely Ripped.

My heart rate monitor registers 616 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for just over an hour and my heart rate averages at 161 with a peak at 191.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a step is optional if you want to make some of the moves a bit harder.
