Today I did Jari Love's Get Ripped & Chiseled

This is a weight training DVD without the cardio intervals like some of her other workouts.

My heart rate monitor registers 224 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for an hour and my heart rate averages at 114 with a peak at 161.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a step.
