Personal Training with Jackie - Crunch Free Xtreme Abs (23/11/12)




 
Today I did 3 different workouts.  All Ab working routines for a total of 50 minutes.  The first one I did was Personal Training with Jackie Crunch Free Xtreme Abs which was 30 minutes long.  The second one I did was from Fitness Blender called 5x5x5 Pulse workout for abs and obliques (this one can be found on youtube) which was 10 minutes long and finally from Tiffany Rothe called 10 minute Booty Shaking Waist Workout (this one is also located on youtube).
 
My heart rate monitor registers 265 calories burnt while doing these workouts.

All up they run for a total of 50 minutes and my heart rate averages at 127 with a peak at 166.

Equipment needed for the Personal Training with Jackie workout is a set of hand weights and the other two don't require any equipment.
