Jari Love - Slim & Lean (21/11/12)


Today I did Jari Love's Ripped Slim & Lean.

This is a weight training DVD without the cardio intervals like some of her other workouts.

My heart rate monitor registers 265 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 65 minutes and my heart rate averages at 120 with a peak at 168.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, a barbell with weights and a step.
