Amy Bento - Hi/Lo Xtreme
Today I did Amy Bento's Hi/Lo Xtreme.
My heart rate monitor registers 670 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 63 minutes and my heart rate averages at 168 with a peak at 192.
