Pump It Up - Ultimate Dance Workout
Today I did Pump It Up - Part 1 - 5 (Available on YouTube).
My heart rate monitor registers 421 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 52 minutes and my heart rate averages at 153 with a peak at 175.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
