Jillian Michaels - Extreme Shed & Shred AND TurboFire HIIT 20


Today I did Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed and Shred (Level 2) and TurboFire HIIT 20 Class.
 

My heart rate monitor registers 401 calories burnt while doing these workouts. 

They run for 70 minutes and my heart rate averages at 133 with a peak at 178.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights for the Jillian Michaels workout.
