Jari Love - Slim & Lean


Today I did Jari Love's Slim & Lean.

My heart rate monitor registers 366 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 65 minutes and my heart rate averages at 134 with a peak at 177.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, a step and a barbell and weights.
