Michelle Bridges - Project Shape Up
Today I did Michelle Bridges Project Shape Up.
My heart rate monitor registers 432 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 50 minutes and my heart rate averages at 155 with a peak at 180.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
