Michelle Bridges - Project Ripped
Today I did Michelle Bridges Project Ripped.
My heart rate monitor registers 465 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 52 minutes and my heart rate averages at 162 with a peak at 191.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
