Michelle Bridges - Project Extreme
Today I did Michelle Bridges Project Extreme.
My heart rate monitor registers 447 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 53 minutes and my heart rate averages at 153 with a peak at 185.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
