Bob Harper - Kettlebell Cardio Shred


Today I did Bob Harper's Kettlebell Cardio Shred.
 
My heart rate monitor registers 260 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 53 minutes and my heart rate averages at 128 with a peak at 171.

Equipment needed for this workout is a kettlebell or hand weight.
