Jari Love - Get Ripped 1000
Today I did Jari Love's Get Ripped 1000.
My heart rate monitor registers 400 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 60 minutes and my heart rate averages at 144 with a peak at 188.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a step.
