10 Minute Solution - Knockout Body

 
Today I did 10 Minute Solution - Knockout Body.  (I wear weighted gloves while doing this workout)

My heart rate monitor registers 435 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 50 minutes and my heart rate averages at 154 with a peak at 183.

No equipment is needed for this workout (weighted gloves optional).
