The Firm - Hard Core Fusion
Today I did The Firm Hard Core Fusion.
My heart rate monitor registers 405 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 57 minutes and my heart rate averages at 141 with a peak at 174.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
