Michelle Bridges - Seek & Destroy Cardio Kicker
Today I did Michelle Bridges Seek & Destroy Cardio Kicker.
My heart rate monitor registers 331 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 45 minutes and my heart rate averages at 142 with a peak at 180.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
