S.W.A.T Workout - Extreme Weight Loss & Fat Burning
Today I did S.W.A.T Workout Extreme Weight Loss & Fat Burning.
My heart rate monitor registers 307 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 53 minutes and my heart rate averages at 134 with a peak at 176.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
