Jari Love - Boot Camp

 
Today I did Jari Love's Boot Camp.

My heart rate monitor registers 492 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 80 minutes and my heart rate averages at 139 with a peak at 186.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
