Michelle Dozois - Peak 10 More Cardio Interval Burn
Today I did Michelle Dozois' Peak 10 More Cardio Interval Burn.
My heart rate monitor registers 614 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 60 minutes and my heart rate averages at 165 with a peak at 193.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
