Bob Harper - Pure Burn Super Strength


Today I did Bob Harper's Pure Burn Super Strength.

My heart rate monitor registers 281 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 67 minutes and my heart rate averages at 118 with a peak at 168.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
