Today
I did 2 different workouts, both about 30 minutes long to give me an hour of exercise. The first one I did was Jillian Michaels Shape Up Front followed by Jillian Michaels Shape Up Backside.
My heart rate monitor registers 387 calories burnt while doing these workouts.
Together they run for about an hour and my heart rate averages at 155 with a peak at 190.
Equipment
needed for these workouts is a set of hand weights and a step.
