Cathe Friedrich - Flex Train AND Mindy Mylrea - Tabata Trek

Today I did Cathe Friedrich Flex Train and Mindy Mylrea's Tabata Trek (on bike section only).

My heart rate monitor registers 715 calories burnt while doing this workout (500 from Flex Train and 215 from Tabata Trek).


It runs for 82 minutes and my heart rate averages at 132 with a peak at 183.

Equipment needed for this workout is a spin bike (Tabata Trek) and
hand weights, resistance loop, resistance band and gliders are required for Flex Train.
