Cathe Friedrich - Party Rockin Step #2 AND Cathe Friedrich - Pedal Power


Today I did Cathe Friedrich Party Rockin Step #2 and Pedal Power (35 minute premix).

My heart rate monitor registers 948 calories burnt while doing this workout (570 from Party Rockin Step and 378 from Pedal Power).


It runs for 87 minutes and my heart rate averages at 148 with a peak at 181.

Equipment needed for this workout is a spin bike (Pedal Power) and
a step is required for Party Rockin Step.
