Jillian Michaels - Yoga Inferno AND Studio Sweat - Speed Spin with Cat


Today I did Jillian Michaels Yoga Inferno (Workout #1) and Studio Sweat Speed Spin with Cat Kom dated 26/9/13.

My heart rate monitor registers 471 calories burnt while doing this workout (150 from Yoga Inferno and 321 from Studio Sweat).

It runs for 60 minutes and my heart rate averages at 127 with a peak at 175.

Equipment needed for this workout is a spin bike (Studio Sweat) and no equipment is required for Yoga Inferno.
